If I didn’t love it, I wouldn’t do it!
Many wonderful people have asked me lately how I keep up my high energy and passion for what I do. Some people have thought it’s put on at first, but when they see me month in and month out keep it up; they know it’s for reals.
There are key reasons for how I keep up the high energy, with the key reason being the ruling majority:
– I love my business, I love my customers and I love what I do.
It’s easy, I built the business the way I wanted! I chose the clients I wanted! I focused on services I want to sell! I got out of situations I didn’t like! I outsourced what I don’t like doing! I focus on what I love.
Believe me; I have been in jobs historically that I have hated, and I will be the first to say that I had low energy.
My advice and thinking? You can only lie to yourself so much. You must have something you really love doing for you to become a top performer. It’s through love that gets us up early, to bed late and gives us the ‘big goal’ to keep us doing through down times.
It’s critical to start changing the environment around you to make this happen. You may have to start a business, change a business, leave a job, get a job, go and study or whatever. Just make sure you have your profitable passion! This shall make it all happen.
