Judith McDonald is a rockstar in the Scuba Industry and we love her work!
I was very lucky to visit one of my wonderful friends who has been a very successful entrepreneur for a very long time.
Even before I went into business, I always heard about ‘Judith from Scuba Warehouse’. Anyone I knew who was into Scuba, knew of Judith McDonald and one day, she came to one of my Entrepreneur Workshops.
It was great meeting her and having her make wonderful contributions to our people. As I got to know her, learn more about her business and what she does; I started really unpacking her ‘X Factor’.
Judith and her team are lovely people who you can trust which of course is great. That forms the foundation to their real X factor being “Knowledge”. That is, Judith and her team have decades of combined experience and this really comes through.
They know the industry, products, hobby, profession and the lot inside out. It’s not just the ‘experience’ per se that makes them great. It’s the experience combined with passion which makes their knowledge great. You can ask them almost any bizarre or off the wall question, and they will give you an encouraging answer.
My advice and thinking? If you are in Parramatta (Western Sydney), make sure you pay a visit to Judith’s Scuba Warehouse and see what they have. You will see in no time their Thought Leading knowledge that makes them just great.
It’s encouraged me to become EVEN MORE PASSIONATE about what I do and build my own knowledge more. People want the top ideas and it’s great!
