It was some years ago I was very lucky to get a phone call from a wonderful friend. She came to one of my early full day free seminars and I was blessed to hear she loved it on many levels.
My friend worked in ecotourism and one her wonderful clients was on the lookout for a Marketing Mentor & Specialist to help them out and she put my name forward.
It was great, and I was very lucky to meet the wonderful people from Jehbco Silicone Specialists. They are incredible people and over the years I have been grateful to work with them and have seen them grow everyday stronger and stronger.
Jehbco are manufacturers of Speciality Silicone used in massive Transport, Construction, Food, Pharmaceutical Applications and more; creating high value specialised products for sealing.
What I have found incredible about how they work is that they slightly get stronger each day. That is, every time I see them, they have done something new. It’s improvements on the website here, slight improvements in their manufacturing, learning something new in sales, training their people more.
Basically, they are great in lots of ‘slight’ improvements all the time that keep adding up. To the point where they just won the ‘Excellence in Export’ Category in the North Eastern Sydney Business Awards.
My advice and thinking? Like Jehbco, winning in business is not usually big things. It’s all the ‘slight’ improvements we make everyday that add up to a big win. My business life has been the same and it’s been great.
Keep at it, small wins are all wins and we love them.
