Michael Colley’s pancake could easily from outer space. IT’S GREAT!
My awesome pal Michael Colley is the Chef at the new Café Coffee Traders in Hills (North Western Sydney).
Michael being the great guy that he is; invited me to join him at his fabulous establishment to enjoy the coffee and the food.
Firstly, the coffee was five star (long black, great temperature, strength and crema). Secondly, Coffee Traders is a great Café in the industrial / commercial hub Hills. Thirdly, the Pancake was awesome.
I am a pancake buff from way back, and this is why his pancakes are great:
- Thick, Light and Fluffy.
- Sweet, but only lightly to bring out the rest of the ingredients.
- Visually amazing with lots of colour.
- It was so much I could only eat half.
- It tasted great!
My advice and thinking? Visit Coffee Traders and keep an eye on Chef Michael Colley. There is more to come with this great guy.
