I love Mailchimp – it’s one amazing email platform that is easy, creates great looking profile and awesome. Check it out!
When I started out my business some years ago, I was given lots of not so good advice. One of them was to use quite a over-complex email platform (Send Pepper / Office Autopilot) that had without question amazing levels of functionality and abilities.
However, probably 70% of it’s features I would never use and had no plans for using, the emails it would send out would look very plain jane and it was quite hard to use.
As time passed and I learned the game even better, I looked at quite a few platforms and fell quickly in love with the Mailchimp Platform. Was it as powerful as other platforms? Technically no – however, it did exactly what I wanted and although it’s not perfect, it was relatively easy to use and one can make beautiful emails with it’s template editor.
That is, I found it great for just what I need:
– Beautiful Template Emails.
– Strong Analytics so you know what is going on.
– SPAM ACMA compliant (so all legally fine).
– Very reliable, a massive platform with great support.
– One can do multiple databases, Automated Emails and setup great forms.
Basically, the emails were very pretty, powerful and worked incredibly well. Talking to the “Automated Marketing” as well, it has been great for helping me grow my business on Autopilot, Serving my clients, Filling Webinars, Selling Products Online and the like. I get a great 1 – 2 leads a week these day and although you may think “That doesn’t sound like much”, they are very high converting in what I do and I love it.
Email Marketing ongoing (I have moved to weekly schedule) has just been outstanding in building relationships, shortening my sales cycle and of course spreading my word.
My advice? If you are ready for email marketing and the above is what you need – may I suggest you check out Mailchimp. It’s quite competitive on price (Free for most entry accounts) and it’s a great platform.
