It was inspiring working with the Business Automation Expert Kristy Smith today. You can only get so far on your own and then it’s time to build process, automation and grow!
Hello Awesome People!
Speaking personally, in my Business I got stuck a bit over two years ago. I was working my butt off in a very “Ground Hog” day type of style and I felt my Business wasn’t going anywhere.
This obviously totally sucked, and as I did my research and work – the findings for me to get out of this cycle was what I eventually Learnt to do today, which helps me kick butt – Blogging, Facebook, Email Marketing and the Leveraged & Automated forms of Marketing. I found out that you can only work “So Hard” and unless there is something working for you 24 hours per day, even while you sleep – your Earnings will always remain Stagnant.
What made me think this way was when I met the Awesome VA Agency Director and Business Automation Specialist Kristy Smith from Virtual Elves today. She is a very Sharp, Intelligent, Focused and incredibly Kind & Generous Operator with a Wealth of Knowledge.
As we spoke and shared Great Ideas – it was an Exchange of our fine Thoughts. My own in Marketing Automation and Kristy’s on Business & Process Automation. What was so Fascinating about the discussion – and her Findings were the pure Reality, which I think I can summarize into this tight statement:
– You will need to work 24 hours per day forever – unless you Automate!
This is totally and utterly true to the nearest Detail, and I find that once a Business owner is Established – the true reality is that if you don’t Automate (be it with Online, Staff, Process or the like), your Business will stay Stagnant.
Some great Ideas of Automation from our discussion included:
– Marketing / Edward’s Stream: Auto Responders, Webinars, Email Newsletters, Videos, Online Products, etc.
– Business / Kristy’s Stream: Customer Service, Staff to handle the Processes, Complex Emails for Orders, Training Videos and the like.
My learnings and Inspiration from Kristy? When it comes to your Business – be it Sales, Marketing, Administration, etc – Do your work, Love your Clients and Consistently work on Automation. In my case, it’s the Online Marketing and helping People through the Online Course The Awesome Marketing Vault – the more, the merrier!
