Brilliant, Sharp and Great at Her Work – Suzanne Harrington from Pinnacle TMS is a great example of someone with admirable traits who made it!
Quoting Mickey Mouse by saying “Oh Boyyy!” I am not a spring chicken anymore.
Sure, I am the fittest in my life and I feel great and many consider me youthful in nature – from an experience point of view I am a Veteran now in the Sydney Space.
I have worked with hundreds personally (and thousands when you count workshops, events & Live Webinars) and have seen many fail and thrive over the years.
In almost all situations I have seen people that deserve to fail. I am not being mean or anything – but more straight up. They are often people who don’t have the ethics, they don’t remain focused or they choose to give up at some point because it’s too hard.
Talking to the positive, the ones that have made it over the years and become quite successful have a range of different traits. Suzanne Harrington (pictured) who is an Trademark Specialist is one of those characters that have grown and thrived. I have been lucky to work with her inside and outside of workshops, proudly promote her to those I come across and watch her grow one profitable client at a time.
She is like the many I know who have made it and kick butt and have key traits such as:
– Professionalism & Getting the Job Done.
– Put Client Results ahead of their Billings.
– Ethical, Trustable and Easily Referable.
– Arduous and can work through Frustration.
– Don’t have all the answers, but keep taking steps forward and figuring it out.
From this viewpoint I think if one has these traits their odds of success are massive compared to those that give up at the first sign of trouble and ‘Rip-Off’ everyone they meet (or at least attempt too).
My advice and learnings from all this? Look at successful people out there and consider their traits. Sure, you get the odd person who did the wrong thing and made it (but rare though when you consider the numbers), but most made it ‘the right’ way which is what I like to hear.
