I am very focused these days on meeting great people and I am so lucky to be surrounded by great people. When I meet and befriend successful people, I always love studying their traits to explore why.
One great guy I know is Paul Wright from the British Chamber of Commerce. He is one of their managers and I knew him in a previous life before he took over that place.
Thousands of people know and like Paul across Sydney and in summary, he is a very smart and likeable guy.
He’s very friendly, talks to everyone, gets results and is very smart with a high perception. I can tell that Paul has developed and honed his skills over time; which makes him a powerhouse player in Sydney.
My advice and thinking? Like Paul has done, work on your charisma and intelligence. I always like to learn how to better work with people and challenge my own thinking continually (to upgrade my intelligence).
It works 🙂
Love your work, thank you for the read, you rock Paul Wright and stay awesome friends!
