Planning for 2015 is now a great thing to do and this diagram here is one of my favourite tools – the 90 Day Action Plan. I trust these templates help you out!
The end of 2014 is coming and right now myself and many of my Awesome Clients are preparing for a rocking 2015. Planning is very important and in just having done this myself (I have been pondering this for about 6 weeks now), I already feel better and more super focused!
Heath Thompson is an amazing operator who I work with in the 4Networking Community and this post is dedicated to him. I originally was going to work on my own Business & Marketing Plan next week and he sent me an email Asking for Mine!
As there is no time like the present it completely inspired me to work on my Business & Marketing Plan, 90 Day Action Plan and New Weekly KPIs right now.
I am glad he prompted me and now I have the technology available, the first thing I wanted to do was share it with you awesome people.

In terms of more explanation, there are three main pages I personally love and encourage one to fill in:
1) Business & Marketing Plan: This sets your main direction, how you do it and a bit of detail of what you want to see by the end of next year.
2) 90 Day Action Plan: More of a short-term “Project Planner” to get you focusing on the right activities in the right order.
3) Weekly KPIs: My favourite quite often and it’s the “Weekly” jobs you need to do that will achieve your larger outcomes.
My plan is also NOT PERFECT by all means, but it does suit me and it’s what I want. So feel free to pick the best out of what you see and I trust it helps you kick butt on this fine topic.
