I love Coffee. I always have and I always will. It’s also good for you.
I have seen the extremes of research come out on this topic. From people saying it’s really bad and it’s going to make you sick – to the other extreme of it changing and people saying several cups a day are good for you.
Over the years, I have tried several times to give up coffee and it never worked well. I would feel sluggish, less productive, I would eat more and it would just simply rob much joy from myself.
Having 1 to 2 cups a day has been just pleasant and it’s been a massive part of my life and that of many. It gets me going, kick starts the creative juices and it’s the perfect drink during and whilst public speaking.
In fact, I have done many small workshops with a cup of coffee in my hand. It disarms the audience and it help’s you better connect with them on a deeper level (small groups only). Also, it’s the perfect drink to meet someone over to talk business. It makes on happy, gets people engaged and when you have black coffee – almost zero calories.
The awesome Divya Loona has made me many great coffees in my time and is the dedication of this article. She obviously drinks it herself and understands what it takes to make a pleasant brew to perfection. I find the coffee is the start to the day.
The coffee done correctly sets a great day light on frustration and heavy on results and output.
My advice and thinking? Drink coffee! One or two a day is awesome – and my fitness friends (thank you Eliza from Fortitude Women’s Fitness) even recommends it.
Love your work, thanks for the read, Happy Saturday (whenever you read this), please share and stay awesome.
