As one is clear on their ideal customer, it makes going after them much easier!

On this cool then warm day in Sydney, it is my first day ‘back on the streets’ meeting with wonderful people.

Today, I met with two incredible and powerful professionals and I had two extremely similar conversations in terms of their Marketing, Business and Sales Opportunities.

One key issue they had was both getting directly to their potential customers. Once they are in front of their potential customers they are fine, however getting in front of them is the issue confounding them.

Both were incredible people, slightly overwhelmed with the options out there wondering how they can best find their exact customers. An easy fix from my end.

As I spoke to both, I was very keen to help them identify exactly the type of customer they are after. Once I did that it was talking solutions on best to how get to them.

This included wonderful strategies including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, NSW Business Chamber, British Chamber, Italian Chamber, the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce and more.

This made it much easier and gave them the clarity and next steps. It also too HELPED THEM ELIMINATE lots of options out there that were just confusing them and taking them off the course of what really matters.

After all, if there is a Marketing / Sales Strategy that doesn’t put you in contact with your potential customers, why on earth would you do it?

Of course, you wouldn’t and talking the positive opposite; if you know exactly who you are after, then you can really focus on methods to put you in front of them (or attract them to you).

My advice and thinking? Get simple in your thinking, and start from the top. Define your customers. Then work out exactly how to attract them and find them.

You can review lots of options to help find what suits you and then test them! I invited these wonderful people to NSW Business Chamber & British Chamber to test them out. If they don’t like it, great, it’s off the list (highly unlikely of course). In the highly likely event that they love it, there is now a sure-fire method for them to get more clients.

Be clear, be willing to eliminate fluffy options and GO FOR THE INTELLIGENT MOVES. Do it and win big.
