I just got home, very late from a wonderful function hosted by Adrienne McLean.
She is one cool operator and I love her work. During the event, EVERYONE that knew me commented on how slim I am and asked me how.
There were several answers for that, but one of them was Mexican Bowls! I love Mexican Bowls in that they are very high protein with a bit of fat, and very low carb. I eat them all the time now, in that they fill you up, and it keeps me off eating more food throughout the day.
My advice and thinking? Get into Mexican Bowls when you can. Make sure you don’t get a sugary drink with it as well. Diet drinks or just Mineral Water rocks.
