Today has been one of the great days where I get to completely work from home.
I had days last weeks of meetings back to back in the City, where now; I have a few days to recharge at home and really get ahead on my Digital and Calls.
One key practice in my business I got into about 6 to 12 months ago, was reaching out to great people on LinkedIn. It’s turned a once dormant LinkedIn, into a platform that brings me 30%+ of my leads and I love it.
What I do myself and recommend to winning clients, is to reach out to a set number of people every day. I love adding everyone I know on LinkedIn, connecting with people that reach out and speaking to people on one on.
I love reaching out to at least 40+ people per day on LinkedIn. This includes inviting great people to my events, recommending clients and colleagues, Happy Birthdays, messages and more.
It’s just great! I get usually a lead every two days, lots of conversations and people coming to my meetups.
My advice and thinking? Reach out to a set number of people a day! It could be a hello, sending them invites or more. I started originally with 10 per day and as time passed, I have got it up to 40+ and it rocks.
