Keep your projects moving friends! It may require some serious chasing.
I have had many situations in my business where I had situations that were going against me, which I turned around.
One included a series of very profitable workshop & speaking opportunities with a massive business networking organisation that was going great till they went quiet on me. I got extremely worried and I made a few phone calls.
There was no reply! I then kept digging and found out that the person looking after me in the networking organisation had left. I then got in phone, found the right person and then went on to speak at about 6 coming events and did well early on.
If I didn’t stay connected and keep chasing them, I would have been toast.
But I did!
My advice and thinking? When you are working on projects, please stay connected with the one you are speaking too. This is very important on multiple levels in that if anything goes wrong, you want to find out quickly, so you can react.
Be it your decision maker leaves the organisation, there are some problems, or they even forget about you; you can get in there and turn things around.
