Marcus Gyngell brings a level of focus and strength to any situation. We love his work!
I was speaking to a wonderful friend today who is struggling in their business and they asked me why.
In simple terms, they are a great person; who is not sticking to their plan and going off in all sorts of directions. You can imagine that this is not good for business.
Where the opposite comes totally true in winning fashion; is that of my friend Marcus Gyngell. He is young at heart, very high energy, savvy and smart. These are great attributes of course, however is real ‘X Factor’ he brings to the table is his great level of focus.
Marcus works in the Health Industry with his success (like any other business), being that of finding the right high value customer for his products. To do this day in and day out requires a high level of focus and it’s a key virtue of Marcus.
He is great at ignoring the distractions and troubles of the world around him to focus on what really matters and it’s a top trait that we love. He spoke at one of our events recently and when you hear him speak in front of groups, his passion, focus and determination totally come to the surface.
My advice and thinking? If you aren’t yet, get focused like Marcus. If you are focused already like Marcus, really keep this trait top of mind. Focused people go a long way in business and career; becoming something I have applied myself.
