I have been thinking a whole lot about my goals, visions and outcomes for 2018. As my goals and dreams have expanded, so has my own thinking on how to achieve it and make it all happen.
It has been an exciting and a bit of process where I have been waking up at 1AM with ideas thinking about things.
What I have found interesting is that to achieve the new things of what I want, I need to become a new person to achieve that. That being, the results I have now is a result of who I am now.
To get new results and make new and wonderful achievements, that requires me to become a new and better version of myself.
I have been continually asking myself the following question:
– To achieve what I seek, what must I become?
As I have been answering this question, several quite amusing points and stretches for me have come up:
– I must become a Content Machine.
– I must be personally connected to lots of people.
– I must speak to lots of great people daily.
– I must be very fit, attractive and in the zone.
– I must be the person really living the brand, so people know it’s real and join me.
– I must be speaking at lots of events all the time.
– I must be doing a better job and MORE than other players!
– And more!
This has weighed on my mind and it’s felt heavy at times. However, as I get used to it, it’s naturally becoming part of me and how I speak.
My advice and thinking? When it comes to you achieving more out of life and your business it starts with us. To achieve more, we need to grow and development which is great.
Also, don’t be afraid to be ‘wrong’. Successful growth involves being ‘wrong’ lots, so let it happen and watch the wins come in.
